We can! This is not something we advertise, but we require at least a 50% deposit to book and the remaining 50% upon completion of the project. The balance must be paid in full before the final design(s) are delivered/published.

After the contract and deposit are squared away, we'll begin with a few simple "homework assignments" (website and business questionnaire, etc.) I use these to learn more about you and your brand/business. From there, the project starts to take shape, and I check in with you regularly for your feedback. Once the final design is completed (and you’ve fallen totally in love), we'll make any final edits to the website, chat about some promotional items, and publish your website!

The design process is entirely based on back-and-forth communication between us.

Yes! Once we finish up, the site is all yours to update as often as you like. I will provide you with personalized video tutorials that should cover any basic updates (text, images, etc) as well as even meet with you in person if you would prefer!

All platforms have a collection of tutorials and help articles. Of course, I am always available to answer questions as well!

Yes! After the launch of your site, you may opt in for an additional fee (per hour) for website updates.

Upon inquiry, it usually takes 1-2 days for me to get back to you. From there, our design process includes a "homework assignment" where I get to know about you and your business and collect details from you. Once that is turned in, we can get started!
